Multi-instrumentalist and composer confirmed his talent by completing an exciting role in ‘Somewhere Somehow’ work, his third album, which is a step forward in his record and career.

Being Julian Maeso, a veritable encyclopedia of rock, talk about expanding the catalog of rhythms, sounds and nuances are big words. But that is precisely what lies between the passionate songs of ‘Somewhere Somehow “the third solo album from former The Sunday Drivers, which dissects the history of the genre in each of its interventions, either label or interpretive. In this case it is in the form of a new album, the first as an artist of Sony Music, which will be published on 28 October under the Legacy label.

In ‘Somewhere Somehow’ Maeso gives everything left in the 11 jewels that comprise it, each different from the other, different even from their point of departure and arrival, inviting the listener to become the protagonist of a journey through colors and sounds in which the source is known, but never the destination.

Taburete launches his second album Dr. Charas on November 18, and on the 24th they arrive at Teatro Barceló.

Allah-Las return to Spain. After turning around the world and after the success of their last visit to our country in 2015 they return next November to present their new album “Calico Review”.

“We were all amateur before we became musicians,” says Matthew Correia, drummer of the Allah-Las. “We spent a lot of time listening to music, and we understand what works for us and what does not. Quentin Tarantino did not go to film school, just as we did not go to music school.”

Uniting peripheral elements of a changing character of their favorite music, guitarist Pedrum Siadatian, bassist Spencer Dunham and Matthew Correia created their band in a basement next to the counter of the store in 2008. They would later join the guitarist Miles Michaud. The Allah-It took them some time to find what their sound would be, to write their own songs, and finally to add their own contributions to the models from which they originally took their inspiration.

“Calico Review” bears the mark of four students becoming teachers, who share the feelings of the city they call home. Join them. There is much to learn
